Had a really bad weekend, jumped on the scales this morning to see my weight go up 2kg! Really pissed, I had such a good week and I fucked it all up with a terrible weekend.
Really bad on the water for Saturday and Sunday, and some poor choices food wise!
So time to take it back and kick ass again!
