I don't know what it is about 100° days that makes me crave spaghetti casserole, or something similar. Crazy, huh? I threw this together -- penne, v8, tomatoes, seasoning, fresh mozzarella, parmesan and kalamata olives. Put it all in a Dutch oven and cooked it in the toaster oven. Great.

Ty, superman! I thought I had more chickpea penne, but it turned out to just be regular. So it definitely could use some protein! Also idk why Erq didn't tell me earlier that you don't have to boil the pasta! I just put it all in the baking dish and it all cooked on its own. Literally took 3 minutes.

Yummy And quick! That’s the best. 100 degrees is intense. You shouldn’t have to have heat like that with the type of cold you deal with.
