Fasted 23 hours. Not nearly as pretty as Mermee's, but the plate got just as clean! Salmon, green beans, baked potato and cauliflower gratin. Just like what I had at the steakhouse but a lot less calories.

Wow that fasting time is very impressive. Longest I’ve ever done is 18 hours but I’m working on it. Food looks delicious!
