Thank you, ladies! She was a rescue, came nearly starved to death to the foster. We think she is part Viszla anyway, so she was SO TIMID when we first got her. But from the first time she met us, she made it clear, I was her person. She'd never acted that way before, even with the foster. I got her about 8 months after losing my 13-year-old canine life partner, Tupelo. Big pawprints to fill, but boy, Alice has all of our hearts by the short hairs. The cats idolize and antagonize her.
