took a month off thinking might have broken the bad habits.....was wrong. back to the daily grind for the new month
93 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I get it, I too winged it and paid in weight on, not off. I am getting back at it today. Hope it works for you, I am going to give it my best effort.
