changing up gym routine a little reduced calories this week to 2200 4 days weights 3 days cardio week 9 am getting used to leg excercises made me feel sick when i first started doing them a lot better now i am getting rid of bidy fat by cardio and more weights i get very inpatient i am noticing how much of the journey seems to be psychological managing patterns of negative thinking am visualising my goal and attaching a positive feelibg state to it like i have already acheived it i sleep pretty well now i tell you that
