Kennyn27 thanks I'm just glad I bought one of those soft plyo boxes I missed jump number 13 on the second set and i would have had some pretty bloody shins with the wooden box 😄

ginome thanks bro next leg day will be heavier weight lower reps. I've been mixing things up a bit with high reps moderate weight one day then heavier weight lower reps the next time around. All my upper body stuff I still go for 8-12 reps and add weight once I hit 12 reps

TheUnhealthyDaddy Thanks!! I was pumped about it. Looking back at the workout I'm sure I did way too much prior to that pr too so I may have been able to squeeze out alittle bit more. Next leg day will be heavier weight moderate reps. But no more pr attempts for awhile. It's nice to get that benchmark test in from time to time to see how I have been progressing.
