weigh in at 91.7 this morning. Had a skin fold done. Dropped 7.5kg of fat from 31/10/22. pretty good. Shape is changing. Will keep it going. consistency is the key.

feeling good. between 2200 and 2500 cal. juggling it. fat bet 35- 80g, carb 15- 240, prot 180- 240g. 30min cardio after weight. 6- 7 days a week.
