Weight the same this morning. Yesterday I got in 32-oz water, walked 2 miles, only had 6 cans of Diet Coke (down from 12/day). Hosting a birthday party this afternoon. Made a Chocolate Bar Cake for it. Planning on having a slice with a little ice cream. Planning for 2 slices of Pizza Hut pizza. Additional Rexulti has helped a lot in giving me motivation to clean before the party. I have to have a tooth extracted on 2/12. Counseling appointment I made for 2/9 fell through because they don’t accept my supplemental insurance. Called 3 other places and left messages. All going pretty well except calories. If I haven’t started before the tooth extraction, that would be a great time since I won’t be able to chew on the only side that has any bottom molars.

Debbie try doctor on demand they may take your supplemental insurance and you can do it on the phone. Dr Phil’s company. Can i ask you why you would make a chocolate cake and plan to have it with ice cream when you are clearly upset over the 15 pounds you have put on in addition to pizza? Those things dont serve you well. The sugar rush followed by the energy dump after wont make you feel better. I should know i have a huge problem with sugar and being mindful during weight loss not to poke the bear (the sugar bear) by including it was key for me and i bet would be for you as well. Think of sugar as a drug. You introduce it into your system your body craves more. You get a little sugar high from it. Choose something that is also less harmful to you like pineapple or apples or strawberries. If you could re-frame those healthier choices as desert or treats maybe that would help. You were doing so good so close to the 70’s and you sabotaged yourself. I have dont this to myself many times the only difference is now I acknowledge it. I care about your physical and mental health my friend. I want you to be happy and healthy.

Congratulations on reducing the diet coke! Hope you enjoy the birthday party. I'm trying to figure out if I can work in one or two slices of a veggie pizza at some point.
