day 5 of gym tired tonight have cardio saturday and sunday and weigh day sunday am optimistic stuck to calorie count and good effort with workouts my only vice is a trumpet every night within calorie count good macros upped protein on track

am very focused this week 4 days weight training and three days cardio i do 1.5 hours on treadmill at elevation of 15 at walking speed of six 1250 calories boom
