Another first. No tracking and no loss, first for both in a very long time. Fine with that as my outer body needs time to catch up with my inner body. needs some time to firm up.
Back to tracking though for nutritional value.

Just redid my BMI for the first time. I am still in the overweight range at 26.6. So I have moved my goalpost for the first and last time.
