I have a horse. 🐎
Riding was my passion up until having the children (who are now all long gone), life took over and the weight issues followed. Many times I wanted to return to riding but I was FAR too heavy.
A few times I got it under control only to loose control again.
I kept telling myself I would get a horse when I had proven I could keep the weight down...
This time feels different, major changes to what I eat. No downs and ups. This time I believe I have found my forever plan.
I have learnt much.
So; I have a horse! 😁 🤠

Glad to have got through Christmas & New Year with no gains for the first time. My plan to taste was great for me as I didn't feel like I was missing out at all.
I am starting to formulate a maintenance plan, want to be prepared this time. Part of that will be continuing to use this app. Self responsibility along side accountability is easier when recording what I have eaten.
