Finally, after 3 months, I've achieved my first 10kg loss! Met my doctor today for a good check up, blood pressure down and things are looking much better. will be booking a massage as a present to myself for the first 10 kgs. After every 5 kgs I'll reward myself with one as well. Grab one has some great deals!

Looking at the graph every day, even though I'm well below 1500 calories, I can see that I still have too much fat and carbs in my daily intake. Will focus this week on lowering those numbers. Still have to break that first 10 kg!!

Feels good to be back at the gym after 4 weeks away travelling. Spending nearly 1.5 hours there every morning from 5.30 am! Am nearly at my first 10 kg goal and the next one is to get into 'double digits' and under the 100 kg. Once I have achieved the first 10 kg loss will treat myself to a full massage!

Losing 1.8 kg a Week

Started 11 weeks ago tracking my food intake. Weight at that time was 111.7.
My goal is to lose 30 kilos by the end of the year, slowly but surely. I have just turned 68 and want to be around for my grandkids. This is my motivation. I have told many people about my plan so that I have accountability. I have also been told that I have arthritis in both knees so this is another reason to lose weight. I have struggled most of my life with weight, especially when I began to travel in the 70's and stopped doing top level sport.
