Started 11 weeks ago tracking my food intake. Weight at that time was 111.7. My goal is to lose 30 kilos by the end of the year, slowly but surely. I have just turned 68 and want to be around for my grandkids. This is my motivation. I have told many people about my plan so that I have accountability. I have also been told that I have arthritis in both knees so this is another reason to lose weight. I have struggled most of my life with weight, especially when I began to travel in the 70's and stopped doing top level sport.
