Still staying the same weight........will need to take some drastic measures to break this plateau. Thanks for all the tips....will be trying some of them to see how they work.

getting really frustrated again. Sitting on just under 100 kgs. Sat on just over 100 for weeks now the same thing is happening. Most days I'm well under my 1500 calorie limit and I work out 5 days a week at the gym for 1.5 hours. Lots of cardio as well as weights.
The only thing I can think of is that at the moment I have a huge stress - sister has just been diagnosed with cancer and my best friend as well. Daughter has just gone through a scare as well but luckily the lump was benign. Is this what is blocking me?
Also I need to build up my protein intake. I already eat some chicken, lots of chickpeas, black beans etc. Only dairy is 1/2 cup yogurt for breakfast and one coffee a week otherwise herbal teas. No sugar, cakes or candies.
will be speaking to my doctor about these blockages.
Any tips are welcome!

Really bad day today, emotions taking over and I have to be very careful in the next few weeks that they don't dominate. In the past 10 days my sister has had three large lumps removed from the back of her head, waiting for results. My daughter just told me they have found a 2.5 cm lump in her breast, she's headed for an emergency mammogram, my best friend (and neighbour) has been diagnosed with stage 2 cancer - one lump in each breast and is waiting on MRI results to see if it has spread. On top of that her Mum has just been told she has bowel cancer and her Dad is already dealing with stage 4 stomach cancer! (I know both of them well). All this has hit me like a brick and as I'm an emotional eater this will be a test of my self control.

Finally made it under the 100!!! Have been on a plateau for a couple of weeks and it was so frustrating! Now it's all downward and I can see that if I keep going I will reach my goal by the end of the year....or sooner..... Feeling really good, confident and lighter. Noticing as I work out at the gym that things are getting easier to do and I'm increasing my weights and treadmill levels. Still seeing too many carbs and fats in the food circle. How do I increase my protein intake....am eating some chicken but no other meat at the moment, plenty of legumes in salads. Still, what I am eating is getting the weight off so will keep on doing what I am doing.
