Haven't had access to a scale since lockdown and been focusing on diet rather than weight. At the gym today I got curious and weighed in. Yay

My RDI for weight loss is 1200 cal. I'm trying keto and it is flipping hard trying to get carbs down. Pre-keto I was consuming 40-45% carbs daily mostly from veges/lentils/kumara/carrots etc. I lacked protein as I'm not a fan of meat. I've managed to get carbs down to 11% hovering around 16% on average. To make things harder I saw a Naturopath today for my autoimmune condition who has suggested to go dairy and gluten free. Who knew food would be my biggest stress factor, it used to bring me joy!!!
