Raw beetroot dyed everything pink. regardless of bad photo, another meal done.. another piece of homemade garlic bread to go with it. still need more calories today will get them in later.

Had some tiramisu and drinking chocolate with 45mls cream in it. Would rather not have dessert. It doesn't feel right in my stomach. Maybe one day it will again. didn't make minimum today which is 1800, even with dessert, but still tracking better than last week or so. Had more today than any day last week. tomorrow is a new day.
