1 may..30 weeks till summer..I'm going to lose 30lb..taking me down to 70 kgs..this time I'm going to get down slowly and maintain..
right now I'm 182.5 lbs..I need my mind body soul in alignment..a.ill journal loss every Saturday..anyone want to join in on the journey
