amen..broke 180lb barrier..now 179.5lbs. feeling smug with myself. lovely treats on mother's day..also out for lunch with sister..birthdays don't ever stop in my family..really trying to make this journey a a life long habit..all these weight fluctuations are not healthy..this week I'm committing to 30 minutes walking and resistance workouts ..dailly....again anyone want to join in 1lb a week..it's not stressing and Soo do able...be interested to see how excercise compliments weight loss.. will be a little less of me next weigh in . remember ..an inch is a cinch.
