Finally made it under the 100!!! Have been on a plateau for a couple of weeks and it was so frustrating! Now it's all downward and I can see that if I keep going I will reach my goal by the end of the year....or sooner..... Feeling really good, confident and lighter. Noticing as I work out at the gym that things are getting easier to do and I'm increasing my weights and treadmill levels. Still seeing too many carbs and fats in the food circle. How do I increase my protein intake....am eating some chicken but no other meat at the moment, plenty of legumes in salads. Still, what I am eating is getting the weight off so will keep on doing what I am doing.
