Morena koutou it's been awhile since my last post I've been training hard getting ready for the competition on the 9th October my last body fat % 2 week's ago i was sitting at 13% so my next goal is to get to 10% in 4-6 weeks I've reached a number of goals lost 7 cm off my waste i 5 weeks and hit my goal weight. my weight is still coming down and it's just body fat coming off. I haven't lost any size e.g chest arm's shoulders I've actually increased size on arm's and chest. feeling strong and eating good size meals always feeling satisfied after a kia.
