No exercise today as I had two biopsys yesterday - one on the nose,other on the arm so no working out. Off to Queenstown for 5 days tomorrow but will try to keep to 1500 cals as much as possible. Also dealing with a rotocuff shoulder injury which doesn't help matters at all! Feel more positive now that I'm back with My Fat Secret.
