I have a constant internal struggle.

1.eat less so I don't "have to" exercise
2.exercise to eat more

You should change your thought process. Exercise to get an endorphin hit and lift your mood to help you avoid binging on foods you would normally get feel good hits from.

I walk every day without fail now also something to consider as you gain muscle and loose fat muscle requires more fuel so you burn more calories. Also exercise has so many added benefits such as heart health and longevity. Don’t skip on the exercise even if you end up eating a little more the weight still goes down. I read somewhere at the start of this journey that the people who were successful in weight loss were the ones who took up a new sports related hobby like walking they were the ones who dropped the weight and kept it off for years

Even if you are exercising a lot, it's still 80% diet and 20% exercise that will dictate your results. You're also more likely to have the energy and zeal for exercise if you eat well. 👍

Don't get me wrong, I'm not starving myself. I'm downing 9000-11000kj depending on the day (if it's a quiter day at work I'll eat less, if I'm flat out I'll eat more) and I am burning between 11000-14000kj. At the end of the day I'm just like ew exercise 🤣🥴
