am pushibg the weights to my full capacity 3x a week and doing a stairclimber 2 to 3 times a week for an hour on an effort level of 8, i find it a good way to stay sane discharges all my stress and pent up feelings i can overdo things if i am not mindful i find what i am doing is a good balqnce for me along with eating well and limiting junk food to an absolute minumum seeking good balance for me starts with good daily habits
