Averaged 1748 kcal last week. Doesn't seem right to have this slow of a weightloss, but I've seen time and again it just isn't a linear process. Hope it'll pick up again soon.
86.3 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
