in all honesty yesterday was totally my cheat day I had kfc! I suggested it and don't feel guilty whatsoever. 4 months ago I would of ate it like a pig lol but I could only eat one piece some chips and gravy. I'm glad I did it because I don't want it again for a very long time. my family wanted to buy a rainbow cake but I know I do not want crap filled with sugar anymore so kfc it was. Also today I made a huge effort to get up and motivated this morning by doing a 40 min walk around the block, situps, squats, curlups and half push-ups💪 the most exercise I've done in 3 years to work off the kfc and just get my NRG levels up☺️ great day physcially and mentally 👍
