not feeling the best lately eating random foods not junk food just food high in carbs cos I've been lazy n I'm tryna find food low in carbs but high in fiber because it's so hard going to the bathroom when I no longer eat bread or cereal but I didn't realise how much fóod I do eat and enjoy that has little to no fiber in it. I think I'm just going to buy a liquid medication because I'm so tired of researching everyday for what I should and shouldn't eat! p.s trying to get a drs appt is insane can't see someone for 3 weeks wtf?
107 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 32 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
