I seem to be stuck in this 103kg zone and my hip still isn't right but I'm Guna work work work this week to not eat all the carbs I have been eating the last 2 weeks and do more exercise. I am still coming for u 2 figures!! 💪🙃
103.2 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
