11 days since my last weight in! I needed new batteries in my scales cos I knew it was reading wrong (much less than reality lol) but now that it's accurate I'm still on my way down and being unrecognisable to my friends has boosted my confidence to continue this health and fitness journey 😁😎
101.5 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 26.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
