I'm back on my fasting which can be hard to have NRG to exercise but Im determined to lose this weight naturally with self-care n motivation

The best evidence encourages the following for fat loss: 1) high intensity short bursts of activity on at days, some form of resistance training on at days. 5 min warmup then knock it out in less than 10 mins. Totally doable 2) exercise in a fasted state so you burn fat as fuel 3) hydrate with lots of good water & electrolytes. .Himalayan pink salt in your water achieves this. 4) Sleep is medicine 5) Food is medicine

Thanks Marky😁 yep I learned that a few months ago I was just walking around the block because my fitness level was zero now I incorporate the streets around me that r all on hills for high intensity n with 20kgs down I'm finding them alot easier but still a challenge, I can now run too something I haven't done since primary school 🏃‍♀️
