Way to go Jen! I just joined. I'm also 52 and at just 226.8. I have had pretty much the same journey as you. Been through ups and downs with diets. I'm not following a specific plan at the moment. just decided to count calories and get active. Any suggestions?

Ty @60pack and @bkbettie! Welcome, bk! Honestly, except that i am about to be 54, i think you have a good plan! I try to be nicer to myself than i used to be. You just need to figure out what works for you that is sustainable over the long haul. FS is a great community - lots of wisdom and support here!
