11 - had to end my fast today n unfortunately all we had was pizza hut not ideal at all breaking a prolonged fast with processed food n it's been a rough day,/night emptying my system from 3 pieces of pizza n a glass of coke esp after only consuming liquid for 11 days. if anyone has done a prolonged fast I'm keen on suggestions on what I should eat to get myself back into eating again (keto) I've ordered bone broth. I was not hungry at all eating today but was forced into eating something 🤷‍♀️ I feel mentally turned off to the world 😷
109.1 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
