The last part of weightloss is the hardest I’ve been hovering around the same weight for a while too but never really restricted calories either just started about 3 weeks ago 😂

Slowly is frustrating but ok. As long as I am losing... Would be great to have a faster metabolism.

I agree exercising helps with weight loss. I've fallen way off the wagon so yesterday is my new day 1 for 30 day challenge
