Seems like I’ve hit the point where I’m not losing much or just staying the same. Guess I have to up my workouts as I don’t think it would be healthy for me to lower my calories any more. I just get so hungry and snack after dinner! 😣

For how long have you been on ccal deficiency? Sometimes you need to have a cheat day, one day a week should be proficiency in calories. Your body probably thinks that you're staving and going to die knot literally of course) and storing fat to support itself, to survive.
