Not too long to go until I'm in double digits and finished with those triple digits! Need to focus on eating more protein and less carbs but finding that quite difficult. Wasn't the easier week for me - eating out three times which was unavoidable. Must make better choices when looking at the menu. On the whole though, really happy with my progress. Doctor is really happy with the drop in blood pressure (from 180/? to 142/68.) Once I'm under 130/? I can stop the pills. Exercise is going well - no trouble as I am a morning person and have been getting up at 5.15 to go to the gym is a habit that has been easy to keep for the past 5 years. Now staying 1.5 hrs instead of 45 minutes there and doing at least 30 minutes on the tread mill. Feeling much more in control and more confident that I can lose the next 10.
