I'm starting to feel really hungry when I start eating now.
I've had 1 snakeaccident on Saturday i ate a huge meal at dinner time and a few home cooked sausage rolls.
I did a 20min hit on my spin bike and sprinting for 20min hit

and weight lost 0.6 kg of fat down not far from goal weight now and might have to go down another pant size soon.

78 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
