top abbs are through lower abbs yet to come.

competition in 4 weeks I'm feeling quite nervous about the whole thing.

I've learnt a lot from this journey training is easy it's it's all about the kai and being consistent.

I've gone into this with a more holistic approach and with focusing on general health and well-being for myself.

having a goal like this bodybuilding competition has given me some purpose and its for a good charity the kiwi Maia.

I've gone from being close to becoming a diabetic and now have a physique that i had in my 20s maybe 55 is the new 25 lol.
70 kg Lost so far: 21 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
