😢😢😢 back on here again. I can’t seem to find a new normal. 12 months after reaching my goal weight, I’ve put most of it back on again!
65.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Welcome back fat bastard 😭 I’m sorry to hear that you were doing great. I mean I think you probably know the answer and that’s why you are back here.. so time to face yourself, log what you are eating and you will quickly see where the extra cals have been coming from. Have you kept up with an exercise plan at all ? Don’t be too hard on yourself it’s the holidays and stuff doesn’t help. Sometimes we go backwards but I think what is more important is that we recognise we are, take time to see why you are doing it and then get moving again the right way. Maybe you need to make a few adjustments with your shopping, or add an extra 15 mins of walking a day but you will find the right balance even if takes a few attempts. You got this 🙏🏻👊🏻
