It is not motivating you loose weight and the other week you put it on again

I am not an expert but have read a lot of info on loosing weight, diet plans, healthy eating etc. Here is my thought...it seems most of your calories as posted are from "snacks and others". Breakfast is practically nothing and you skipped dinner. A calorie is not a calorie. What i mean by that is that if you eat a cookie for 100 calories and eat two apples for the same calorie, your body does not metabolize the two the same way. The cookie immediately is a sugar surge in your body which elevates your glucose levels in your blood. Continue with high sugary calories and you can become insulin resistant making it even harder to lose weight. In addition to that, sugar surges in your blood only make you hungrier and crave more sugar. If you seriously want to lose, my suggestion is to eat only whole, "unprocessed" foods. Anything that is alive of grown in the soil. Keep way from all the other junk. My bet is you will then lose weight, do your body a big favor and feel much better too! (Google Whole Foods to learn more about healthy eating). Hope this helps!

AI might add.....look at your net carbs! (And total carbs too!) For weight loss, total carbs should be around 50-150/day! You really should read up on the benefits of a low carb diet. Fat Secret is definitely showing why you are not losing.
