fell off the food wagon yesterday, just went nuts with chips and biscults....grrrr. Weight stayed the same, but still disappointment in myself. Any Whoo today a new day.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
