all I ate yesterday was lettuce salad with chicken and I gained weight. I don't know what I am doing wrong 😪
62.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try looking at it over a week and not the daily fluctuations. You should find over a week it’s still going down. Also now you have lost weight your TDEE is less so the weight loss slows down as you get smaller. Don’t think about it too much taking it off slowly means you are more likely to keep it off. A month from now you will be down to 60 easy 🙏🏻
