As long as you are moving in the right direction, and you have done great. Just add the exercise in slowly 🤞🏻🤞🏻 It really will help of you start to plateau

Good tip Anon, i haven't had a major plateau yet... gotta be coming! @Mine012 welcome! I found FatSecret a revelation in macro management. Showed me I wasn't having nearly enough protein. Since I've increased my protein levels, my energy has doubled. Good luck, you've got this!

Lol I was so lazy until I stopped losing weight I did no exercise. Honestly though at higher weights it’s hard. Then it’s not so bad and starts ti feel great when your body remembers how great it is to be fit 😄
