I have to feed my mind to do right by my body. 😊 Was a total fizzy and energy drink addict, so researched effect of 'refined' fructose on the body. That led to reading up on IF and TRE, so that when my best bud introduced me to Fast800, I was ready to kick my own butt and get motivated. Fat Secret showed me I wasn't getting enough protein... increasing that macro increased my energy tenfold. And the community here is brilliant! Two Facebook groups that inspire me are: DDPYOGA ; NZ Intermittent Fasting - freedom from diets. Whenever I waver body-wise, I go back to my mindset and binge watch Dr Mindy Pelz on YouTube, watch a Dr Michael Moseley food documentary, or watch DDP Yoga transformations/testimonials. How about yourself? How do you keep on keeping on?

Hey i really appreciate your feedback will check those things out i listen to a lot of audible books focused on motivation am listening to a guy called michael matthews the little black book of motivation which isnt little its about 5 or six hours chocked full of good advice which appeals to me cause its down to earth and intuitive and authorative, i can apply the principles straight away i am on a significant personal growth path presently

Feeling very focused the book asks what are you prepqred to sacrifice to acheive your goal i can 100% say my goal weight is my absolute focus my logic is when i get to goal weight i will have cultivated a mindset that i can already see is helping in other areas of life at the moment professional development am applying for a course as a step 1 for a bigger course and applying the same systemaric focused approach

Am also in the process of joining a gym cause am moving into christchurch and have decided that i will do gym workouts in the morning before work to get them out if the way and i have never ever considered myself a morning person so this is a major shift for me i really mean business i have heard obsession is a bad thing but i think a little obsession is a good thing i stopped drinking alcohol that has been another major element in gaining a healthy body weight

I have empathy for those struggling with weight issues as well i am beginning to think the majority of my issues with poor weight management are paychological rqather than physical i am doing an 1800 calorie diet plan trying to balance fibre and protein but quite a narrow window of food still refining this i find with diabetes so i need a little something every three hours or so so i dont feel faint

@just deal with today, your focus is great. This is YOUR time to take care of you! The mind game is definitely a major success factor. The Michael Matthew's book sounds inspirational, I'll track it down. I like listening to audio books while cooking - I know - weird combination. 😄 Am thinking positive thoughts for your blood results.
