another note. for 12 years I have lifted weights in the gym and am reasonably strong but this year back issues have made it too painful. so last week I baught a pilates machine I saw online. I thaught it would be better than nothing. used it on Tuesday to do some leg exercises thinking that it felt pretty easy and was kinda fun. omg I am so sore!!!!!! and I love that kind of sore - you know like when you go to sit down and its l like oh yeah I can feel my ass! did arms yest so looking forward to doing abs and lower back today. awesome machine
