Waist - 121
Hips - 142
Lost 4cm on my waist and 6cms hips in 12 weeks.. Long way to go to get to 110 waist n 125 hips (the smallest I've been as an adult) back in 2019 but tracking well
125 kg Lost so far: 24 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
