this week is starting out ok
I pre-made all my meals for the week into containers so I'm ready to go every day stops me from giving into temptation I.E naughty yummy sweet bakeries.
because I'm a hunter I eat a lot of lean venison.
I do eat canned fish tuna in oil is yum so that's my go to at the moment.
eggs are cheap and have good amount of fat i need.
some days I could do with a cold beer though and watch the UFC.
note to self stay disciplined.
I've also started doing 200 press ups and lunges this week and added in pull ups I can only do a solid 4 so I'm doing 5 sets of 4

I've been a bit naughty this week I've had a couple of beers 🍻 takeaways gone out to dinner.
my weight has plateaued hasn't gone up or down.
I'm doing a 100 press ups 100 lunges a day walking about 7 to 10 kms a day and felling good

I've been a bit naughty this week I've had a couple of beers and takeaways I gave into temptation 🙃 but my weight has stayed the same yeah boi.
for exercise I've been doing 100 press ups and 100 lunges every morning 5 x sets of 20 reps
walking around 7 to 8 kms a day.
