lest we forget
man I'm feeling like some potato chips and dip a cold beer
oh and a mince and cheese pie and KFC right about now.
I've been a good boy though team only had 1 whisky today and 10 coffee's lol home eating a stu my wife has put on.
I'll be slightly over my calories today but eating relatively clean.
hope you all have a good ANZAC day stay safe and lest we forget onward.
I'm not going lie team it's hard work on a day like today I only had 1 treat last night 1 x icecream yummy to.

feeling good this morning well rested goodnight sleep
feeling strong discipline with food better feeling satisfied with meals during the day, its my dinner i have to sort when my wife is cooking ill Ethier have to eat early or have a workout while the whanau have

bit more body fat on the puku to move ive dropped a pant and a half size so that's good.

hitting the weights as of Monday lunch time body sore but I'm feeling good
I'll weigh myself in the morning and see where I'm at.
I did a 40min workout on the kick bag at the gym medium intensity

so the last couple of weeks training been consistent im a bit sore though.
its really helping having prepared meals I know all I have to do is grabb a meal and go.
I have had a pezza in between some hot crossed buns keeping inside My calories
and the weight is coming down.
I've come to the conclusion that its like a set of scales one side good the other bad if the scales are constantly on the good side of the scales you are ka pai.
so if I want a beer while reloading my rounds for hunting and a pezza ill have one😃
