Woohoo!! Stoked with myself.
Just weighing in every 2 weeks now as the goal is to continue to slowly lose a few more kgs and then keep it off!! Better food choices, regular exercise and tracking what I eat.

Starting week 11 and I’ve lost 8.3kgs, still a few to go before I reach my goal. Trying hard to create lifestyle changes that will help me not pile it all on again. This app has been really helpful. Often I just don’t realise how much I eat throughout the day!!

End of 2nd month (just a 10 day Christmas & NY blow out) and feeling good.

Trying hard to keep a routine around food. The urge to overeat is ever present 🙄
