It's been couple days as we're back from stewart island. Did the Southern circuit, definitely lost some kg, don't know how much, but waist measurement is less for 2 cm (from 71 to 69). Did approx ccal count from what we've got there, and yeah... Looks like we burned a lot of calories 😊. So keep trying to stick to this body shape and keep going with ccal count challenge and 100+ reps exercises.

I do great with the calorie counting but I really struggle to keep motivated on exercise. Your holiday away sounds great and good progress too

I find that counting calories keeps me on track and I'm much more aware of what I put in my mouth. Luckily I'm a morning person so getting up at 5.15 and heading for the gym is part of my daily routine. My challenge at the moment is that I'm not working so have to be careful being at home and snacking on the right foods. i have a great seed cracker recipe if anyone wants it.
