Thnking of taking up yoga to try and deal with the stress. Have thought of fasting every day until noon but I know myself.....after breaking the fast I would be
making up' for the food I didn't have in the morning! I already fast every Wed until noon and that's no problem but doing it every day would be probably more than I can handle at the moment.

Get into the pool for a spa! The massage jets are great for recovery after all that exercise you’re doing.

I love yoga so much. It really helps relieve stress and I always feel good afterwards. Check out yoga with Adrienne on YouTube she has some great videos and a really calming voice
